The Only Complete Enterprise Mobility Solution

Contra Costa County has chosen MobileFrame’s Paternity Declaration Application

Contra Costa County, the ninth most populated county in the state of California, has chosen MobileFrame’s Configurable Mobile ApplicationTM Platform to automate California’s Paternity Declaration Application which collects the signatures of unwed parents at the time of a new born child’s birth. Prior to implementing MobileFrame, when a baby was born to an unwed mother, Contra Costa County had to have a form completed that listed both parents. The data on that form is completed by an estimated 2500 birthing clerks in over 700 birthing centers around California. Contra Costa County found this manual entry process to be timely and inefficient. In many cases, it would take the County months to get these completed forms back. MobileFrame’s 100% Code-Free Platform will implement these records into the County’s Vital Records (SQL) database.

Although application development tools are commonplace, those tools require costly, time-consuming development to create business applications. Moreover, such business solutions tend to be inflexible, requiring expensive custom programming whenever business processes change. As business processes evolve, MobileFrame’s software provides users with unparalleled flexibility to create new mobile applications of any degree of complexity, incorporating any mix of business processes, and to make changes to those applications on-the-fly. With its flexibility and ease of use, MobileFrame’s enterprise mobility software will allow Contra Costa County to quickly deploy their paternity declaration applications and make changes as needed, without time-consuming and expensive development efforts.

“Contra Costa County is using MobileFrame at its best; extending an application across a large network of diverse users with different devices from different manufacturers.  Our ‘Build It Once, Deploy It Anywhere’ value proposition is perfect for this deployment, which will ultimately extend to thousands of users across California”, said Lonny Oswalt, MobileFrame’s CEO. “California being a leader in deploying state-of-the-art technology is being followed closely by many other states that have the same paternity declaration needs—we expect this solution will quickly expand across the United States given the huge payback to cash strapped counties.”
