Corpac Steel Tracks their Inventory with MobileFrame

Corpac is a global supplier and trader of pipe and steel products and services, specializing in line pipe, standard pipe, OCTG, Conduit and structural products. They receive pipe from their fabricators and need to know what pipe was received and the associated information about that pipe. Prior to implementing MobileFrame, Corpac was collecting this inventory data with pen and paper. Corpac Steel knew that keeping track of assets and inventory is necessary to ensure timely maintenance and proper supply, but tracking so many varied assets and items on paper presented a lot of challenges. With a paper-based system, the data error rate is high due to the amount of data collected on a variety of paper forms. Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Selects MobileFrame for Their POD Requirements

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute provides expert, compassionate care to children and adults with cancer while advancing the understanding, diagnosis, treatment, cure and prevention of cancer and related diseases.   Dana-Farber receives several packages each day by FedEx and UPS into their mail room, which their employees must then deliver to the right person and track that the delivery was completed successfully. Prior to implementing MobileFrame’s Mailroom POD Application, this was being done on clipboard and paper. MobileFrame’s software will be used for many apps, but the next one on the list is to deploy a physical inventory count application. As with most companies, Dana-Farber has many supply cabinets across their buildings where employees can take what they need to do their jobs. City of Chicago Department of Water Purifies Their Water Inspection Process with MobileFrame

The City of Chicago Department of Water, which is responsible for delivering a billion gallons of fresh water to the residents of Chicago and surrounding communities, switched from their previous highly limited solution to MobileFrame because of its flexibility and ease of use.

The City of Chicago Department of Water has some very significant responsibilities when it comes to maintaining clean drinking water for its citizens. Its inspection staff is responsible for performing the necessary assessments to ensure compliance with their current water standards, as well as removing the waste water and storm runoff from the streets of Chicago via their sewer system and delivering the effluent for treatment to the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago. This is all accomplished through a network of purification plants, tunnels, pumping stations, water mains, sewer mains, valves and structures that require constant upkeep and maintenance. Xpera Group Inspects the Competition and Chooses MobileFrame

Los Gatos, CA (June 29, 2012) – MobileFrame LLC, provider of the only cross-device mobile application development platform that requires no custom coding to develop custom mobile apps, announces that Xpera Group, a litigation support services company, has chosen  MobileFrame’s Configurable Mobile Application TM for their field inspection solution.

Xpera Group specializes in expert witness search and placement solutions for prominent law firms throughout the country. They inspect homes as they are being built to ensure that the homes don’t have construction defects. If a defect is discovered on site, Xpera needs to take photos and notify the construction foreman so they can correct the problem before the area is covered up. In order to do all of this in a timely and efficient manner, Xpera knew they needed an electronic, mobile solution to eliminate all of their paper based forms. Terumo Medical Reinvents their Inventory Counts with MobileFrame’s Consignment Tracking Solution
