HNTB has chosen MobileFrame to deploy their facilities airport inspection application. Previously, HNTB’s inspectors were entering data onto Excel spreadsheets while in the field, then later go back to the office and manually enter the same data into their Access database. This was obviously very time-consuming for the field workers and left a lot of room for human error. Allowing MobileFrame’s platform to automate this process has resulted in more efficient staff and has eliminated data entry errors. Tenet Healthcare has chosen MobileFrame to automate their surgery checklists in order to track patients. Prior to adopting MobileFrame’s platform, Tenet Healthcare collected data on paper and they had 120 clerks doing the manual data entry to their backend Access Database. Federal regulations require that the surgical implant is inserted within 90 minutes from the time the patient arrives complaining about chest pain, so this application helps them to comply. With MobileFrame, the patient now receives an armband with a barcode that can be scanned and time stamped at every juncture during pre-op.

National Archives (NARA) has selected MobileFrame’s asset tracking application to identify items and their location through barcode scanning. In addition to keeping the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, National Archives also hold in trust for the public the records of citizens including military records, immigration records and much more. Prior to implementing MobileFrame’s platform, National Archives was keeping track of approximately 30 million assets on paper, which would result in several issues, including problems locating those assets when needed, as well as the risk of possibly losing any of those records. National Archives found this process to be inefficient and extremely time consuming.
